I’m a Las Vegas-based Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and AAMFT Approved Supervisor offering online therapy for adults in Nevada and North Carolina. I’m also a Certified Brainspotting therapist, and I work with people who are healing from religious trauma, living with chronic or autoimmune illness, or running on empty. Therapy sessions are one on one, online for your convenience, and typically start out weekly.
How I Can Help
Religious Trauma & Faith Transitions
Leaving, questioning, or reshaping your relationship with a faith community can bring grief, anxiety, shame, and a loss of identity. In therapy, we’ll make space for all of it and help you rebuild a sense of self and meaning on your own terms.
Chronic Illness & Autoimmune Conditions
Living with chronic illness affects far more than your body. I support adults navigating the emotional weight of diagnosis, unpredictable symptoms, medical stress, and the grief of a changed life, with a focus on women’s health and autoimmune conditions.
Burnout
If you’re exhausted, overextended, or disconnected from what matters to you, therapy can help you understand what’s driving the burnout and build a life with more clarity, boundaries, and room to breathe.
My Approach: Brainspotting Therapy
As a Certified Brainspotting therapist, I combine brainspotting with a supportive, collaborative relationship. Brainspotting is a body-based approach that helps you process experiences that are hard to put into words. Together, we’ll work toward emotional healing, greater self-compassion, and a life that feels like your own.
AAMFT Supervision Mentoring
$150 per 50-60 minute session, book a free (30 minute) consultation to see if we are a good fit
I’m a Las Vegas-based Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), AAMFT Approved Supervisor, and supervision mentor. I offer online mentoring for marriage and family therapists who are working toward AAMFT Approved Supervisor designation and want a thoughtful guide as they move from clinician to supervisor.
Who I Mentor
Approved Supervisor Candidates [confirm: AAMFT Approved Supervisor Candidates and any other candidates you accept] who need a mentor to guide their supervision-of-supervision
Licensed LMFTs considering the Approved Supervisor path and wondering what it involves
Clinicians who are new to supervising and want support with their first supervisees
Therapists in Nevada, North Carolina, and beyond
My Mentoring Approach
Becoming a supervisor is more than a credential. It’s a shift in professional identity. My mentoring is:
Collaborative: You’re a developing colleague, and your voice and style matter.
Developmental: We meet you where you are and build your confidence in supervising over time.
Grounded in the systemic tradition: We’ll apply MFT theory to supervision itself, including the supervisory relationship, parallel process, and case conceptualization.
Practical: We’ll work with your actual supervisees, supervision recordings or case material, and the real questions that come up in supervising.
Attentive to the whole clinician: Burnout, boundaries, and sustainability matter for supervisors too.
Supervision
$125 per 50-60 minute session (Individual supervision), book a free (30 minute) consultation to see if we are a good fit
I’m a Las Vegas-based Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and AAMFT Approved Supervisor offering online clinical supervision, consultation, and training for therapists in Nevada and North Carolina. My approach is collaborative and relational, built to help you grow your clinical skills, deepen your confidence, and develop a professional identity that feels like your own.
My Supervision Approach
Good supervision should sharpen your clinical thinking without losing your voice. As an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and supervision mentor, I offer a space that is:
Collaborative and non-hierarchical: You’ll be treated as a developing colleague, not a student being graded.
Relational and systemic: We’ll explore case conceptualization, the therapeutic relationship, and your own growth as a clinician.
Practical: We’ll work with real cases, documentation, ethical dilemmas, and the day-to-day realities of practice.
Attentive to clinician wellbeing: Burnout and self-care are part of the work, not an afterthought.
